The Southeastern Academy of Legal Studies in Business (SEALSB) announces its Annual Conference to be held October 25-27, 2018 in Chattanooga, Tennessee at the Tennessee Downtown Marriott. The group rate is $159/night.

If you have not been to Chattanooga (or have not been lately), the downtown area has a world-class aquarium, multiple art museums, a children’s discovery museum, an indoor/outdoor rock climbing wall, a walking bridge, a beautiful riverside park, and excellent restaurants.

Chattanooga has won Outside magazine’s best town award multiple times, so it may be work sticking around or hike or hang glide.  Nearby Lookout Mountain is where I grew up, and I went to high school in Chattanooga, so feel free to ask me questions about the area.

This video give some good shots of the area. Just ignore the cheesy music or listen on mute.  And if you have children, they may prefer Chattanooga to Disney World.

While the conference is about 8 months away, reserving your hotel room now will secure your spot in our current block of rooms (and will let us know if we should expand the block). Information about paper submissions and conference registration will follow closer to the conference.

Hope to see you there!
