Submisson of Manuscripts

There are two ways to submit:

1. Electronically, via e-mail and attaching an HTML, MS Word, or WordPerfect file with your article or review.
2. By surface mail, with three printed copies and a diskette in HTML, MS Word, or WordPerfect.

Files using HyperText Markup Language (HTML) are preferred but are not required.

Style Sheet

Citation form should follow the system suggested by the Coalition of Online Law Journals posted at:

http://www.urich.edu/~jolt/e-journals/citation_proposal.html

Endnotes rather than footnotes should be used.
